Alberto Borri bietet rechtliche Unterstützung hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Blockchain, Krypto-Assets, Geldwäschebekämpfung sowie Banken- und Finanzregulierung in der Schweiz, Italien und Europa. Nach seinem Studium der Rechtswissenschaften arbeitete Alberto Borri im Financial Regulation Team von PwC und anschließend bei Kellerhals Carrard. Er sammelte besondere Erfahrungen in der Fintech-Regulierung, insbesondere in Bezug auf Projekte, die Krypto-Assets, Tokenisierung von Finanzinstrumenten und Blockchain betreffen. Er unterstützt Kunden in allen Fragen der Compliance und des Risikomanagements, ist verantwortlich für die Geldwäschebekämpfung für mehrere Unternehmen, die im Blockchain-Sektor und darüber hinaus tätig sind, und unterstützt Kunden bei der Mitgliedschaft in Selbstregulierungsorganisationen.

Emanuele is admitted to practice law in Italy as a lawyer. He graduated cum laude and completed a research thesis on the application of blockchain technology within civil enforcement laws, as well as obtained the certification on Computer Science for Lawyers course (CS50L). He did his internship in one of the top tier international law firm in Milan, where he specialized in data protection, legal tech and consumer law. During his internship he completed a specialization course in blockchain, with a final project on the tokenization of derivative instruments. After that, he started working in one of the biggest Italian law firm, where he developed his main expertise in banking law, financial regulations, fund formation (UCITS, FIA and ELTIF funds) and FinTech.

Lars Schlichting ist ein erfahrener Anwalt für Blockchain und Krypto-Assets, der früher bei KPMG und Kellerhals Carrard tätig war und Lexify gegründet hat. Als Experte für regulatorische Angelegenheiten, Steuern und neue Technologien, insbesondere Blockchain, helfen Lars und das Lexify-Team Finanzunternehmen bei den schwierigen Herausforderungen, die die digitale Revolution mit sich bringt. Zu seinen Kernkompetenzen gehören das Token Offering Management und die Nutzung von Kryptowährungen und Token in der Wirtschaft.
