The “Finance Evolution Forum” event will be held on 10 April 2024 from 16:00 to 20:30 at the LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura in Lugano, Switzerland. The meeting will include discussions on various topics related to cryptocurrencies, including the FINMA communication on staking, taxation, compliance and tokenization of financial instruments. This will be followed by talks on Central Bank Digital Currency and stablecoin, concluding with a Q&A session and a networking dinner.

Alberto Borri offre une assistance juridique principalement dans les secteurs de la blockchain, des crypto-actifs, de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et de la réglementation bancaire et financière en Suisse, en Italie et en Europe. Après avoir obtenu son doctorat en droit, Alberto a travaillé au sein de l'équipe de réglementation financière de PwC, puis chez Kellerhals Carrard. Il a acquis une expérience particulière dans la réglementation des fintechs, notamment en ce qui concerne les projets impliquant les crypto-actifs, la tokenisation des instruments financiers et la blockchain. Il assiste les clients pour toutes les questions de conformité et de gestion des risques, est responsable de la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent pour plusieurs entreprises opérant dans le secteur de la blockchain et au-delà, et soutient les clients dans l'affiliation à des organismes d'autorégulation.
