As a Legal & Compliance Counsel, Sara assists financial intermediaries on a broad spectrum of financial law, AML, and compliance with a focus on Swiss and European regulations (e.g. FinSA, MiFID, TUF, AMLA, AML Directive).

After graduating in law, Sara began her career at BonelliErede and subsequently joined the Financial Regulation team at PwC, gaining experience in M&A, regulatory law, and compliance for leading international and European financial intermediaries. She then held the position of Legal Counsel at assets management firms, strengthening her specialization in asset management, the area in which she now primarily operates.
