Simone Gandolfi

Simone Gandolfi is a Master of Law (MLaw) student at the University of Lucerne, having previously completed his Bachelor of Law at the same institution. He is currently writing his thesis on the role of financial intermediaries in the application of anti money laundering law in a crypto context.

During his studies he completed several internships at law and notary firms in Ticino. He focuses on AML compliance, chain analysis and blockchain and crypto regulation.
He is also the founder of Sententia.ch, an AI driven legal tech platform designed to analyze and summarize Swiss Federal Court decisions, providing structured insights for legal professionals and researchers.
