Giovedì 26 settembre 2024, dalle 14.00 alle 18.00, presso SUPSI Viganello (aula da definire), vi invitiamo a partecipare al nostro corso di formazione dedicato ai gestori di patrimonio, durante il quale affronteremo diversi temi di attualità. Al termine del corso, sarà consegnato un certificato di partecipazione, valido per le ore obbligatorie di formazione. Il costo per partecipante è di CHF 350. Il corso si terrà solo se si raggiungerà un numero minimo di 10 partecipanti.

Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA): new revision of the legislation and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)
On 22 May 2024, the Federal Council adopted the dispatch on the next amendment of the MLA. The big change is the introduction of a Transparency of Legal Entities Act, but also the extension of subordination to other categories of service providers and the use of cash.
