Lexify <\/strong>is pleased to announce that it has acted as legal counsel to Ondo Finance<\/strong> in connection with the European launch of the Ondo Global Markets products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lexify assisted Ondo Finance in all legal and regulatory aspects relating to the approval and passporting in the European Union of the Base Prospectus for the Ondo Global Markets tokens, as well as in the broader legal support for the public offering of such products across the EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Lexify team was led by Alberto Borri<\/strong> and Emanuele Gambula<\/strong>, who advised Ondo Finance<\/strong> on the regulatory qualification and structuring of the Ondo Global Markets products under the applicable European financial services legislation. The mandate included a full review of the offering structure, the preparation and negotiation of the relevant transaction documents, and the coordination of the approval process of a Base Prospectus submitted to and cleared by the competent supervisory authority and subsequently notified within the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition to the Base Prospectus approval, Lexify provided ongoing legal support on all ancillary matters relating to the public offering of the Ondo Global Markets tokens in the European Union, including disclosure requirements, marketing and distribution aspects, as well as compliance with EU rules on investor protection and product governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the Liechtenstein law aspects of the transaction, Lexify worked in close cooperation with Niederm\u00fcller Attorneys at Law<\/strong> in Vaduz, in particular Giuseppina Epicoco<\/strong> and Sophie Seliansky<\/strong>, who advised on the Liechtenstein regulatory law profiles relevant to the approval and offering structure of the Base Prospectus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ondo Global Markets offers tokenized tracker certificates that deliver total-return exposure to selected U.S. equities and ETFs on public blockchains, granting native access to traditional securities and associated exchange liquidity for on-chain investors and protocol developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ondo Global Markets continues to define the future of tokenized finance, operating as the largest platform for tokenized stocks and ETFs, with USD 315+ million in TVL and over USD 1 billion in volume since launch, setting the benchmark for how traditional markets move on-chain.
